Description

NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager for a private utility company responsible for the public wastewater collection and treatment.

This is a permanent role opportunity in Falmer, East Sussex (hybrid)

The client is looking for a professional who will lead a team of commercial experts who will work with the procurement team to procure high value contracts.

Following the procurement, you will manage the contracts, acting as an advisor and trusted expertto our specified business directorates.

Requirements:

Knowledge of contract forms (NEC3, I Chem E and ICE)
Experience of managing contract drafting, terms and conditions, project lifecycles and commercial model
Experience of undertaking supply chain reviews, facilitating workshops and working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Experience of Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveying for large projects and framework arrangements.
It would be desirable to be professionally qualified with full membership in MRICS or similar.
