Role summary:

With over 130,000 bank members engaged with NHS Professionals and circa.

1500 new applicants monthly, ensuring our bank members are able to complete their journey simply, we need our 3rd party suppliers to provide seamless service to our internal teams.

Joining the Service Delivery and Occupational Health team will mean working with some of our largest 3rd parties to deliver day to day activities, while looking at continuous improvement opportunities.


The priority of this role is to provide strong customer service and administrative support of the day-to-day activities of our 3rd party services to ensure our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will support the delivery of key operational elements, enabling out bank member journey to be smarter, simpler, and more efficient.


To be successful in this post you will need to have:

  • Experience in customer service delivery
  • Experience in high level administration
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • The ability to communicate complex, difficult and sensitive information to various stakeholders
  • Experience using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
