RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines.

We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.

  • Plan, organise and delegate work activities for the Wash / NDT cell.
  • Provide regular feedback to Supervisor on training and competency assessment of cleanline personnel.
- progress of work activities and escalate any issues that may impact on agreed turn times.

  • Ensure correct PPE, procedures and documentation are used at all times.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and team briefs to ensure Wash / NDT cell are working safely and are well informed.
  • Work closely with NDT Supervisor to ensure all NDT lines and processes are compliant with OEM specifications and EN417
  • Manage Wash / NDT cell priorities and delegate work activities in order to meet predetermined schedules.
  • Carry out Wash / NDT activities as required.
  • To ensure that the correct standards of material handling are observed at all times.
  • To ensure all tooling and lifting equipment is maintained in good working order, and any deficiencies reported to supervision for action.
  • Ensure all Wash / NDT Cell equipment is maintained in good working order and any deficiencies are reported to the Supervisor for action.
  • Organise the replacement / disposal of all chemicals as and when required.
  • Supervision of the Wash / NDT cell to ensure they are effective, engaged and meeting the required standards. This will include performance management, coaching and development.
  • Implement, manage and develop Company QHS&E and operational procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of H & S and product quality through effective.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • EN4179 LVL II NDT qualification and extensive OEM experience.
  • Experience in a workshop environment.
  • Experience in a Cleanline environment.
  • No other formal further education / qualification is necessary.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical instructions.
  • Good leadership, organisational, planning, communication and influencing skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
