We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive who can help us achieve our mission to liberate marketers and make collaboration happen.


As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients and assisting them with their technical needs.

You will be joining a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

The role also requires someone who is going to be available to be 'on-call' during some evenings and weekends.


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issues
  • Contribute to the development of new customer support resources and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures

Requirements:


  • A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer support experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with Zendesk or other customer support software is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks according to urgency
  • Detailoriented and able to work independently
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
