IT Support Assistant - Cowbridge, United Kingdom - Nation Resources Limited

This is a HYBRID role - you will need to reside within reasonable travelling distance of our technology centre in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales.

Joining our technology team you'll provide first line IT and remote helpdesk systems support for our 70+ people across the UK, keep track of our IT assets, ensuring our operating systems at our main site and DR backup site are up-to-date.

This role is Hybrid and we would expect you to attend the St Hilary centre twice a week in order to maintain and manage the site and more often for infrastructure projects or emergencies.

You'll need to have strong IT and problem solving skills as this is a varied role.

A good knowledge of Microsoft admin is essential, previous experience of managing a network of Virtual computers is desirable.

Due to the varied nature of this role, it's likely you'll learn a fair amount of broadcast engineering support on the job and therefore also have overtime opportunities at Outside broadcasts.

Due to our radio stations broadcasting on a 24/7 basis, some occasional out-of-hours working may be required and you will also be required to provide emergency support outside of office hours.
