We are recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator for a permanent role in Charlton, London, SE7.The Sivyer group are an industry leading haulier and waste manager serving the construction industry.
Job details:

Job duties:
- Ensuring all orders are relayed to our CRM system correctly
- Assisting with ordering materials
- Data entry
- Liaising with the planning department to assist with logistics
- Liaising with customers to ensure orders are correct
- Assisting with inbound calls
- Adhoc tasks as required
Skills needed:
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Previous use of a CRM database is advantageous
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is advantageous
Job Types:
