Description
We are recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator for a permanent role in Charlton, London, SE7.

The Sivyer group are an industry leading haulier and waste manager serving the construction industry.


Job details:

  • Permanent position
  • ASAP Start
- £12.50 per hour

  • Monday
  • Friday 85

Job duties:

  • Ensuring all orders are relayed to our CRM system correctly
  • Assisting with ordering materials
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with the planning department to assist with logistics
  • Liaising with customers to ensure orders are correct
  • Assisting with inbound calls
  • Adhoc tasks as required

Skills needed:

  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous use of a CRM database is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry is advantageous
Order processing experience is desirable


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £12.50 per hour
