Description
Handy person required for an established Business Centre in Archway, North London.


Duties will include the daily maintenance of the property, painting, decoration, changing locks, lifting parcels, assembling furniture, gutter clearance, lay flooring, grass and hedge cutting.

Some light plumbing and electrical knowledge would be beneficial.

Applicants must be able to speak English, be well presented, punctual and polite. The role will include dealing with customers and some receptionist duties.

We are looking for someone who lives close to Archway, North London.

The position is Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, although there is an option to work 4 days a week if preferred.


Salary:
£100.00-£110.00 per day
