Description
Experienced administrator required to join us on a part time basis in our Service Division based in Bridgwater:

Main duties to include:

Assisting the Operations Manager (Filter Fitting Division) by:
Preparing quotes, orders and site surveys from documentation generated by field staff

Allocating works completed onto the Company software system

Creating and updating spreadsheets

Maintaining work permits

Ensuring all field staff training is up to date, and organising refresher training where relevant

Booking engineers' accommodation

Checking field staff hours, and passing on the hours to the payroll department

Managing engineers' holiday entitlements ensuring effective scheduled works are covered

Answering customer queries.

Previous administration experience in a service role is preferable. Full training will be given.


Pro-rata salary based on a FTE (40 hours) at £20,049 PA, pending a TBC uplift for the new financial year.
