Description
This role is an office-based position that involves being the main point of contact for clients that need an IT engineer to come to their site and resolve technical faults.
The role entails communicating with clients to ascertain what the fault is and whether they are able to fix it themselves or whether an engineer will have to be called out and then scheduling dates and times for them to visit, along with a description of what the fault is they'll be tackling.
Good communication skills, good organisational skills, fine attention to detail & sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) are required.
Job Types:
Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
