Part Time Hotel Administrator
Here at Court Residence, we have 21 contemporary hotel suites. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Part Time Front of House administrator to join our team.


Perfectly located in the historic centre of Linlithgow, the stylish, luxurious, Court Residence is a true home from home for both leisure and business travellers
.


We are looking for someone to join our reception team on a part time basis.

We are looking for someone with a warm positive personality, that will leave a great impression to those visiting Court Residence.


Main Duties:


  • Checking in Guests when they arrive at the premises.
  • Explaining to Guests how the rooms are set up and what to expect in the rooms.
  • Dealing with phone calls and enquiries.
  • Helping checked in guests with any queries they may have.
  • Ad hoc administration duties.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Dealing with enquires about the local area.
  • Reporting any issues that may arise during the shift to senior management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products would be advantageous.

Excellent Phone manner

Approachability is a must.

(Rotas are done 2 weeks in advance
