Care Connection are recruiting day and night care assistants in the Henfield area for a small 23 bedded nursing home.

Here's what you need to know about this job role:
- Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents
- Daily and nightly checks
- Promoting Person Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity
- Promoting independence and support to residents
- Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, providing assistance with feeding
- Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home's community
- Recording of resident's daily logbooks and food/fluid intake
- Supporting the home with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks
Requirements for a Care Assistant:
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Competency checks
- Minimum 3 months experience
- Car driver essential
