The Opportunity:
Customer Service Advisor

Contract: 12 month FTC


Location:
Cannock

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.

The Impact you will have:


  • Company Health and Safety guidelines to be followed at all times, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe
  • Effectively problem solve and take ownership of the end to end functions ensuring that the customer experience is maximised; proactively keeping customers informed at all times
  • Deliver industry leading business performance to exceed targets carry out a combination of administrative duties to include but not limited to:
  • Support with scheduling with Engineer's workload
  • Support in monitoring warranty and third party activity
  • Carry out accurate job closure to generate correct invoices and minimise customer disputes / credits and adjustments
  • Support with nontechnical estimate generation
  • Process nontechnical parts requests
  • Using Business Excellence processes support the Cell to ensure performance is continually improved
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times
  • Activity participate in Daily Comms Cell
  • Activity participate in the delivery of customer service excellence and the growth and development of the Cell
  • Undertake any reasonable task requested by a line manager

  • Significant IT System usage, proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Organisational skills and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills both internally and externally
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a team
  • Experience of dealing with customers
  • Experience of working within an Engineering sector
