Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (36 hours per week)


Temporary Vacancy to 31st March 2023

Responsible For:

Providing administrative support for the co-ordination and delivery of the Organisational Staff Learning & Development programmes and associated interventions.

Supporting other HR functional areas of responsibility relating to People Resourcing and Relations. Working collaboratively with internal and external customers and stakeholders and as part of the wider HR team.


Job Purpose:

The postholder will support the HR Department in the provision of organisation staff learning and development initiatives, training courses and administer eLearning resources, engage with internal and external customers and partners, respond to queries and support staff in the delivery of their roles.

The postholder will also administer Customer Feedback, ensuring feedback is progressed for response within defined time limits, maintain up to date records, analyse information and produce management information reports to Senior Managers.

They will work collaboratively as part of the wider HR team and provide administrative support in relation to other HR functional areas including terms and conditions of employment, resourcing, and relations.


Essential Criteria:


Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or two GCE A Levels, or BTEC National or equivalent/higher qualifications
AND a minimum of two years' experience working in an office environment carrying out a range of administrative duties.


OR
A minimum of four years' experience working in an office environment carrying out a range of administrative duties


OR


A minimum of two years' experience working in an HR department carrying out a range of HR related administrative duties.

Experience of working with internal and external partners/stakeholders to support service provision.

Experience of working effectively within a team environment to meet organisational goals/objectives.

Experience of the analysis of data and report writing to support management information.

Working knowledge of utilising IT systems and standard software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and present information.
