Operational Administrator.

Platinum Services are looking for a Administrator to work directly with the Operations Director


general duties will include:

  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
  • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Providing administrative support to Ops Director and company projects as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
