Business Analyst (Framework Agreements)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Framework Contract Team in SPD. This role will involve supporting the operations of live framework agreements and monitoring their usage.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Framework Agreements, SPEN Operations, ED2, Procurement processes, Legal Forms of Contract and working knowledge of SPEN SAP system. A background in Quantity Surveying is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive continual performance improvement through analysis of outputs and feedback from internal and external sources.
Support the delivery of robust communication activities to facilitate the delivery of effective service framework contracts.
Develop robust plans for service framework contracts aimed at improving delivery and efficiency.
Manage contractual relationships to provide effective contract management.
Evaluate framework agreements and allocation of risk between Energy Networks and contractors.

Requirements:

Proven project and contract management skills.
Computer literacy.
Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven negotiation skills.
Knowledge and experience of framework contracts in SAP.
