Package:

Basic between £45k to £70,000 plus bonuses - based on level of experience

Role:

To assist the development of staff that join their company, mainly working with Trainee Recruiters. Recruiters will be tasked with sourcing healthcare professionals, placing them and working with new/ existing clients.

Job Details:

Open to full or part time and an element of hybrid working
Standard hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30
Looking for an experienced hire to create and deliver innovative training for all levels within the business
Our clients model will be primarily to recruit Trainee's and develop them
Currently using an external hire to train our management and leadership team but would like for this to pass to Internal Trainer for any future leadership courses
Open on salary/ package based on experience
This person needs to be hands on

- but would really like someone who has a career in training or has a strong amount of experience having moved into it

Needs to be able to put together competency frameworks, deliver against outcomes, write, and deliver content that appeal to a wide range of audiences and learning styles
