Cedar have partnered with a recruitment company based in Essex who are looking for someone who is keen to start a career in Credit Control.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all queries ensuring they are all resolved efficiently and within a timely manner
  • Escalate any issues that may require further action to your line manager
  • Manage and update each client record accordingly ensuring all correspondence is uploaded
  • Establishes entry priorities.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Good communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent team player who is proactive with good problem solving skills
  • Ability to Prioritise to meet all targets & deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn
