ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training & Competency Coordinator to join the team. The position will focus on leading a team of Training Coordinator ensuring that site training compliance is maintained.
The position will also focus overseeing training for site, as well as projects such as ensuring that critical job posts on site have the required support to develop.
The great opportunity with this is that you will get the chance to implement your own ideas and have the support of a great Group L&D Function.
- Develop, manage, and oversee the training plans for Site.
- Take ownership of developing practical and feasible plans across the year and review this on an annual basis
- Lead the skills development agenda for factory and drive and improve the process of training and upskilling employees.
- Coordinate 7 site trainers, depending on experience, this will involve direct or indirect management of the team.
- Ensure compliance with training bodies
- Willing to change what's currently in place and implement your own ideas.

- Experienced in coordinating or managing a team
- L&D Qualifications
- Experience of how to effectively deliver training
- Ability to build strong working relationships across the business
- Excellent excel and data skills keeping track of ncessary compliance training
- Ideally H&S or Food Safety Qualifications
