We are currently recruiting
Experienced Sales Consultants in our growing
Solar sales team based at our Gorslas office. You will be contacting qualified leads to sell both Air source heat pumps and Solar PV to customers.


The appointments are generated from our own unique campaigns, which generate high quality appointments from customer wanting to purchase, we also buy leads in from other Lead Generators.


You will discuss the benefits of our solar energy, battery products and the design of a system to suit their energy needs.


With the ever-increasing cost of energy, customer are needing to switch to cheaper alternatives like Solar, Battery and air source heat pumps.

We hold many accreditations to give customers piece of mind, IWA, NAPIT, MCS, and many more.

Main Responsibilities

Take responsibility for turning prospects into customers

Your role will be to inform and support the customer to make the right choices for their home


Accurately capturing and logging key information about every customer contact is vital and so great attention to detail is essential in this role.

Working to daily, weekly and monthly KPi's to ensure you are achieving your own individual targets

You will need the ability to follow policies and sales procedures

Selling Compliantly and within Regulatory standards is critical.

Good communicators via telephone with polite manner

A proven track record of doing well in a sales environment.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Direct sales or Telesales with a proven record of achievement and success

Ability to take on technical training in Renewables and Spray Foam Insulation products

Ability to engage with the customer through the sales journey

Organised and structured in your day-to-day work

Great communication skills - both written and oral

Experience of objection handling

Self-motivated with an understanding of the selling process


Salary:
Basic + Commission.

Training in our products will be given.

Previous successful selling ability is preferable.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£25,000.00-£67,000.00 per year
