Due to intense growth plans and a bustling client base, our city centre, residential property management client is looking to on board an experienced and motivated Client Accountant into their cosy, yet growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity fora competent individual to make a huge impact by setting up internal processes for the Service Charges and build an incredible network in a client facing, reporting position.

The day to day in this role will revolve around constant client deliverables, that are bespoke to each site.

You will be managing relationships face to face with these clients, managing the Service Charge cycle from the budget, and completing Balance Sheetreconciliations, P&L and recharges.


Ideally, you will;

  • Have previous experience within the Accounts department within a Property Management business.
  • Be a confident communicator, as the businesspartnering element of your role will be to liaise with clients and senior stakeholders regularly.
  • Be system savvy, due to the reporting a good level of Excel is needed alongside the use of bespoke client systems such as QUBE, (although preferred this is not required).
  • Want to stay for the business for a while and progress your position.
