Do you enjoy helping people and being a friendly face as a point of contact for both guests and colleagues? Are you experienced working at the front of house or a helpdesk and able to provide an organised and efficient service? As a Receptionist with ISS UK, you will be supporting all those on the healthcare site, greeting people, carrying out secretarial tasks and assisting on the Helpdesk & switchboards. Each day you will provide a positive impact for the patients, visitors and staff members alike, making sure everyone has the best experience while there.

The Role

Meet and greet patients, staff, and visitors offering help and information to those that need it:

  • Promptly answering incoming calls and face

  • Assisting callers and visitors where to go / what to do, directing them accordingly:

Operate the main switchboard, divert and restore the telephone services:


  • Ensure that all reception areas are kept tidy and presentable.

About You

Experience in a customer and client facing role preferably for a 2 years:

  • Have good level of communications skills:

  • Ability to build a rapport and effectively guide customers, visitors, and colleagues:
