The Role:
We are searching for a focused Training & Event Coordinator with proven talent in the area of event planning and training coordination in a fast-paced training department.
He will be responsible for providing professional services in the planning, organization, and management of events within the Scheduled Trainings, in addition to monitoring the logistics of these trainings, and overseeing all event coordination tasks.

Responsibilities:
The Training & Event Coordinator will be responsible for
- Prepare and maintain attendance, activity, planning, or accounting reports and records for each Training Course.
- Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues
- Liaise with internal and external vendors to arrange Training centres, hotels, trainers, print suppliers, catering and equipment.
- Recommend, order, or authorize the purchase of instructional materials, supplies, equipment, and visual aids designed to meet student educational needs and district standards.
- Manages classroom logistics. Maintains a detailed checklist of course logístical requirements.
- Act as a pointofcontact for Institutes /Trainers & Institutes / Trainees.
- Handle accounts receivable and ensures invoices are paid.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Education, Or Public Relations is an advantage
Requires Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and presentation, is a must
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Critical Thinking And Problem Solving Skills
Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
