Description

Streetwise traffic management based in Birstall have a number of vacancies for trainee traffic management operatives.

The main duties of the work will involve driving to different sites and manning or setting out various types of traffic management systems.

Traffic lights
Road closures
Stop & Go
Lane Closures
Marshalling and dealing with the general public.

You must be over 18 and have held a full driver's license for over 12 months, the ability to be able to take instructions and good communication skills are a must.

Due to the nature of the works the role will involve early starts, days, nights, and you will be working a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern with the ability to volunteer to work your days off if you wish.

Experience is not essential as full training will be given in house and externally to progress and build your career at Streetwise and within the traffic management industry.
