Intuita is a data company that provides cutting edge data solutions to some of the world's largest brands.

We are currently developing some very exciting technical products aimed at helping businesses to organise, manage and leverage their data.


We are looking for a motivated and strong technical lead to oversee our technical team and manage the development and support of the various technical products we are working on.


You will work with product managers and business stakeholders to turn technical requirements into work schedules and tasks for the team.

You will provide strong leadership for the team, motivating them to both deliver high-quality work, but also providing mentorship, helping the individual members of the team to grow professionally.


You will be working alongside all levels of the business and will be part of the leadership of our technical team.

You will be an important part of developing and delivering a strategy to ensure we build, maintain, and develop a great team of developers.

You will be an important part of establishing a great culture throughout the team and will work with the senior leadership team to ensure we create a great and attractive place to work for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with senior stakeholders, and product managers to ensure product delivery roadmaps are realistic, prioritised correctly and clear.
  • Translating product requirements into technical work schedules and tasks.
  • Delegating and tracking tasks across the Development/Support team.
  • Ensure quality control of the development team's output.
  • Identifying risks, communicating those risks and working with relevant stakeholders to develop and deploy contingency plans.
  • Coordinating with the development team to address technical debt.
  • Develop professional growth plans for individual team members.
  • Schedule training sessions for the development team.
  • Motivating team members and creating a safe place for them to voice concerns, ask questions and put forward ideas.
  • Mentoring team members, ensuring they are pushing themselves to be better, always learning and enjoying their job.

Experience


We are ideally looking for someone who has 5+ experience as a full stack developer and/or technical lead, ideally in an environment which has provided both Development and Support.

Additional experience in project management is a bonus.

We don't require you to have a degree as we are more interested in you as a person, your character, the way you work and fir with the Intuita company.
