This pivotal role is suited for individuals with a keen interest in utilising technology to streamline financial and accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the company provides proactive support, ensuring our SLA's (service level agreements) are met at all time using our ConnectWise ticketing system, to ensure client expectations are met and wherever possible exceeded
Employ thorough diagnostic techniques to identify and rectify complex system malfunctions.
Execute system upgrades and installations with mínimal impact on client activities, ensuring high system availability and performance.
Stay current with industry developments and technological advancements, continually refining your expertise.
Drive the creation and adoption of best practices and innovative process improvements within our team.
Demonstrated capability in effectively diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing a client-focused approach. Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
A dedication to ongoing personal and professional development.
Certifications related to ERP systems or accounting software are highly regarded but not essential.
