Description

Large housing provider in the East Midlands currently require an asset surveyor who is looking for a temp to perm opportunity for an initial period of three months.

Purpose of the role:

To contribute to the operational delivery of the asset management and reinvestment and the building compliance functions within the Property Services Department.

To deliver a positive and engaged customer experience, which is compliant with statutory and regulatory bodies.

Carrying out property inspections in relation to:
 Planned/capital investment works
 High value responsive/void repairs
 Building health and safety compliance
 Stock condition surveys
