Behaviour Mentor| Richmond | Full time-long term| September start
How well do you manage your behaviour? Do you have a strong understanding of how to manage people?

Are you familiar with the needs of young people with SEN, ASD, or SEMH needs, and have you worked with them in the past? Is it your dream to have a rewarding job, one that allows you to witness the changes young people go through?

Could you please tell me if you have experience working with young people who have challenging behaviour as a behaviour mentor?

If you have answered YES to the above, then I believe you'll make a great Behaviour Mentor

About the role:

Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Richmond
PAYE (£80£90)
Monday-Friday (8:30am4:00pm)

Requirements:

A fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment (£52)
Experience working with children in a professional environment.
Able to develop positive relationships.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Able to stay calm and objective
Genuine passion for working with vulnerable pupil
