***Can you help ensure our pre-experience Masters students are equipped with the confidence, network and career management skills to enable them to compete effectively in the global jobs market and maximise their career potential?

The role will be based at University of Warwick's campus in Coventry.

Some evening and weekend work will be required.


About You

***With a proven track record in careers or corporate recruitment and development, applicants will need to be excellent communicators with the professional credibility, energy and flexibility of approach to work with a demanding, dynamic and diverse caseload. The ability to work on your own initiative to deliver innovative programmes, to prepare students for their future careers and to work with our Employer Relations team to help promote WBS talent to recruiters will be essential.


About the Department

***Each career coach within our team acts as designated coach for a particular cohort of specialist Masters students. You will be focused on working with the Management cohort (e.g. MSc Management and MSc Business Analytics students) as well as experienced hire MSc students (please note, these are
not our MBA students, they are students on specialist MSc courses who have 3+ years of professional experience; During busy times of year, e.g. term 1, you will be expected to work with all our MSc community, including pre-experience, in order to meet high demand for careers appointments.
