About Our Client:

This role is covering a 12 month maternity cover with potential to turn permanent.

You would be working as a FCA Regulated Customer Service Auditor where you will review performance in line with regulatory requirements within a FCA regulated environment.

You will make sure the team are up to date on guidelines and following procedures.

As a FCA Regulated Customer Service Auditor you will;

Monitoring performance to ensure staff are following regulatory requirements
Advising on FCA legislation
Escalate any breaches within the business
Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular team meetings and reviews

The Successful Applicant:

As the FCA Regulated Customer Service Auditor you will;

Have previous experience within an Auditing, Quality assessing or regulatory compliance role
Be available for a 12 month contract
Strong IT skills
Good organisational skills

In return for your work as a FCA Regulated Customer Service Auditor you will receive; A competitive salary of up to £23,700 + A contract of a minimum of 12 months + 37 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays + Medicash health-care system + Pension up to 10% + Death in service + Hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 at home + Monday to Friday working only + Shifts of 8-4 or Local transport links + Potential for a permanent role
