Customer Support Administrator
Hadleigh, Suffolk
Up to £23,000
Full time, Permanent

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • To support the customer service team on a day-to-day basis.
  • To process orders and purchase orders in a time efficient manner.
  • Process delivery notes, and check that these are accurate again stock takings etc.
  • To gather data, and update reports based on stock, purchases, and orders.
  • To use Microsoft Office, and sage 200 as a part of your role within the business.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties.

Required skills and experience:


You will need strong attention to detail, and will be able to problem solve and handle challenges as they arise.

You will be able to organise your workload, and juggle multiple tasks at once in order to get the work done in a timely fashion.

You will be a greatcommunicator, and will be able to support internally and also externally to contractors etc. You will have a desire to learn and grow, and will also have previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
