Description

We are working with a private hospital, in London, who are looking for a Pre-Assessment Manager to join their team.


You will play a crucial role leading and developing the pre-operative assessment service whilst ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our patient pre-assessment processes.

You will ensure collaborative work relationships with all other departments working especially closely with the Outpatients team as well as Theatres, The Ward and Reservations


As the Pre-Assessment Manager you will:

  • Oversee the pre-assessment department, managing a team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement preassessment protocols and guidelines to ensure thorough patient evaluations
  • Coordinate preoperative assessments for surgical patients and other preadmission requirement
  • Track and analyse preassessment data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions

You will have:


  • NMC Registration
  • Have proven experience in preassessment or perioperative management
  • Experience of change management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to preassessment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
