Project Management Officer (PMO) - Brighton - Hybrid


This is a PMO role with the opportunity to make a huge impact You will be the first boots on the ground, setting up the PMO function for a highly respected consultancy who make a positive and impactful change to their customers organisations.


Under the guidance of the Programme Manager, you will own the delivery of the complete range of PMO services including cost control, checking risk issues, and resource management.

As they are a small consultancy, you will have plenty of support and touchpoints with the CEO and two other directors.

Being the first PMO in the team offers incredible career opportunities for you.

With support, there is the option to eventually grow and lead a team of 5 PMOs, or even transition into a project manager position where you are deployed to on client sites.


Skills Required:


  • 1+ years experience as a PMO (or related role)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing projects across multiple clients
