Vibe Recruit are currently looking for experienced
Customer Service Advisor to work with our well-established client, based in
Merthyr Tydfil.



Key Duties:


  • Responding to customer complaints/ enquiries
  • Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team
  • Updating customer information in the company database
  • Providing information about new and existing products and services
  • Tracking and processing new orders
  • Making sales and processing payments, when necessary
  • Performing administrative tasks

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm


Pay Rate:
£11.28 per hour.


You will need:


  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good data input and speed skills with very few mistakes
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Good problem solving skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
From £11.28 per hour
