This person will provide expert marketing consultancy support and guidance to our Midlands based SJP Partners and Advisers, including strategy, planning, branding, campaigns and online presence.


What you'll be doing:


  • Deliver a marketing consultancy service across selected high growth Partner Practices to include:
  • Initial consultation, analysis and recommendations based on Practice goals.
  • Recommend specific marketing approaches, utilisation of corporate materials and spending budgets to achieve the Practice's desired commercial goals.
  • Establish marketing tracking methods to help each Practice evaluate their marketing performance over time and understand Its contribution to business outcomes.
  • Be the lead marketing relationship conduit between the corporate marketing team and other key teams.
  • Deliver virtual and in person presentations to different audiences.
  • Enhance the delivery and impact of corporate campaigns and new proposition launches.
  • Ensure all activity adheres to SJP brand guidelines and key marketing, client servicing and compliance/regulatory frameworks.
  • Support with national marketing projects to help Improve overall marketing offering.

Who we're looking for:


  • Professional qualification In Marketing or significant demonstrable marketing practitioner experience to an equivalent level.
  • Awareness of evolving marketing and FS regulatory landscape, best practice and Innovation In the marketing and business development arena.
  • Good understanding of the FS and/or UK wealth management market Including competitor landscape and current areas of regulatory focus affecting marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse and distil challenges to provide sound recommendations and plans/solutions.
  • Excellent communicator and experienced presenter.
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Collaborative, agile approach to working.

Special Requirements:

Prepared to travel as required by the role.
