Marketing Coordinator, Dorchester

The purpose of this role:


Rubicon's client is looking for a
Marketing Coordinator to work within the marketing team and
support their global marketing effort.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will also involve supporting the Business Development and Sales and Product team, by having a
good understanding of marketing, the effect of this for the business and knowledge of the tasks required to support the marketing effort.


As Marketing Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver internal and external marketing plans. Supporting operational marketing campaigns, including the creation and production of brochure and datasheet collateral, website content development, communications, events management, and customerbriefings.
  • Supporting strategic bids by liaising with relevant stakeholders to understand requirements, develop key messages, and coordinate supporting graphics and a library of images with external agencies.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the corporate image.
  • Planning, management and execution of events and exhibitions to firm deadlines and delivering within allocated budgets.
  • Planning, management, and delivery of internal communications plan.
  • Develop external content in line with communications plans and utilise social media platforms to drive engagement.
  • Assist in detailed market research and analysis across strategic market domains.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will have the following skills & experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills.

    team focus, and the ability to work independently at times.
  • Strong
    time management skills, and able to prioritise and manage personal workload.
  • Able to use own
    initiative when working under pressure.
  • Ability to
    lead and motivate others, maintaining a high level of
    professionalism.
  • Good
    research and analytical skills for market research.

Willing to learn the principles of the export control processes in respect of exporting marketing materials.

  • Willingness to
    travel when required.
