Description
The Head Office Accountant is a key member of the Group Financial Reporting team, both leading and
providing wider support to those activities that result in the efficient and timely preparation of the external
and internal financial reporting deliverables.


Internal reporting:

  • Act as a controller for central cost centers and prepare regular balance sheet reviews,
liaising with other finance teams, Group functions and shared service centre in India

  • Responsible for UK payroll processing and related activities, including share scheme costs
  • External reporting:
  • Responsible for separate statutory reporting, including managing the audit process for
group companies under FRS101. Liaise closely with other key stakeholders including Group Tax and Company Secretarial

  • Finance transformation:
Act as a wider SME for areas such as payroll accounting

  • Continuous improvement:
Identify and propose improvements to existing processes
