Description

Our client, The NEC Group, has five renowned entertainment venues, the NEC, The Vox, Resorts World Arena,?Utilita?Arena Birmingham & The ICC.

Many of the venues have been re-launched and rebranded recently to notable acclaim.

This vacancy will be based at: The ICC & Utilita Arena Birmingham

As a casual night cleaner, you have the freedom to let us know your availability so work can be decided around you and your circumstances.


Main Duties:


  • To create a positive visitor experience for all Visitors attending.
  • Acts as a customer service ambassador for the venues and events, information, and assistance to our visitors.
  • To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with around the venues.
  • Ensure venues are kept to the high standard visually, always going the extra mile and caring about the space you are working in.
  • To clean to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training.
  • Responds to all cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers where necessary,

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in cleaning is desirable
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • A motivated, friendly and engaging individual with a passion for events.
