Learner Engagement Executive - £18,000 to £25,000 + Bonus Circa £35k OTE uncapped, Pension and excellent holidays


Based:
Remote

Travel is essential in this role - car driver


We are looking for a salesperson / recruiter with an interest in working with long term unemployed people and / or unemployed young people.

Learners usually fall into several categories, applicants for apprenticeship roles, trainees or adult learners who are looking to return to work after a period of unemployment.

A background in recruitment or telephone sales would be an advantage.


Involved Social Impact Projects is a training provider, who have an excellent reputation within the industry and as such now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the learner engagement team.


You would be engaging with Job Centre Plus and other referral partners across regions of England to help fill courses as well as encouraging learners to join their chosen training course.

We have a full suite of online social media, and your role would involve extensive engagement and management of online advertising and marketing.

Attention to detail is a must, as is a creative and pragmatic approach to engaging learners and employers.


We are a socially aware training organisation who always endeavours to put the best interests of the learners at the core of our delivery.


JOB PURPOSE
You will recruit learners from various referral organisations onto employability and traineeship / apprenticeship programmes.

You will also work with employers to ensure an excellent through flow of meaningful jobs and employment opportunities for clients.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Job Centre Plus, third sector organisations and other referral partners to identify unemployed people and or unemployed young people who could benefit from our programmes.
  • Manage social media and advertising campaigns
  • Consistently achieve individual and team learner start targets and KPI's through high standards of performance inline with business expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to target potential learners and promote our offer to them.
  • Keep clear and detailed records using our management systems.
  • Work within the welfare to work industry to deliver specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures to potential learners who face disadvantages in relation to employment.
  • Identify individual client motivators to ensure high numbers of enrolments and use motivational, barrier removal and action planning techniques to manage the progression of clients onto programmes and then onto sustainable employment.

Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£18,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
