Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trainer to join our team.

As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and training individuals in the field of healthcare specifically clinical skills.

Duties:

Develop and deliver clinical trainings, i.e phlebotomy, cannnulation, first aid, BLS skills, ECG, ETC
Educate participants on medical terminology and best practices
Utilize your knowledge as a nurse to provide valuable insights during training sessions
Engage in public speaking to effectively convey information to trainees
Ensure that all training materials are uptodate and relevant
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

Strong background in public health with a focus on educating others
Proficiency in medical terminology
Previous experience as a nurse is preferred
Excellent public speaking skills to engage and inform audiences
Ability to address various healthrelated topics with clarity and precision
Passion for imparting knowledge and helping others improve their understanding of healthrelated issues
