We are now looking for a
Park Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our residential development in St Leonards, Dorset.

Salary - £25,000 per annum
**Responsibilities to include:
- *

Manage all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the Park in accordance with company standards.
Direct the maintenance team in ensuring flowerbeds, grassed areas, roads, pavements and other communal areas are immaculately maintained.
Complete weekly Park Supervisor reports
Manage and direct new home deliveries
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and contractors
To delegate and supervise other Park staff and contractors when necessary
Respond to resident enquiries in a timely manner
Ensure development rules are adhered to at all times
Work closely with the sales team
Adhoc on call duties (
may involve bank holidays and weekends if required)
