Description
**Interim Residential Real Estate Lawyer:Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Central London are currently looking for a Residential Real Estate Lawyer to assist their team for an initial 3-6 months whilst they look to recruit permanently.


Key Duties:

Dealing with high net worth residential property work
Assisting with residential lease extensions
Handling a small portion of enfranchisement work, mainly in the form of collective enfranchisement matters


Job Details:

January start
3-6 month contract
Hybrid working in London


This role if offering a very competitive daily rate and although this is initially a contract role there is the potential for a permanent role too.
