12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 37.5 Hours a week. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Location:
Office based on Oxford Road, Manchester City Centre.

Our Operations Team require additional administrators to work within our Life and Pension division.


Customer experience is something that is very important to us and making our customers happy will be your number one priority.

We aim to resolve any issues first time, which means we want team members who are dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers.

In this role you will do the complete administration and claims of our life and pensions processes.

You will deal with escalations and referrals from our customer contact centre and as part of the customer servicing you will also be dealing with complaints and expression of dissatisfaction handling.

You will be given full training for the role.


What you will do:


  • Complete administration tasks within service standards
  • Process customer correspondence in line with documented procedures
  • Ensure customer records are accurately maintained
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality and contractual service level agreements
  • Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets
  • Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required
  • Answer inbound calls from customers within service standards

  • Previous experience in a customer service role/administration role
  • A genuine passion for helping people
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent listening skills and an ability to problem solve
  • A fast learner with an attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Someone who is punctual and reliable
  • Excellent accuracy skills
