We are currently working with a fantastic authority that is looking for a HR Change Project

  • Coordination Officer
An experienced HR generalist with a particular strength in co-ordinating

restructures and change processes

£250-£300 per day umbrella

  • Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively,
  • Ability to liaise with the internal team and wider stakeholders to work on projects
- together

  • Highly motivated, with a keen interest in HR activities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail focused but able to see the "big picture" and maintain progress
  • Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity
  • Able to interpret data and provide clear rationale and/or business explanations
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fastpace changing environment
  • Highly organised approach with excellent quality control

The Role:

  • Ensuring the restructures are run to the timescales agreed. Coordinating all of the templates and job profiles required, job evaluations completed as required ,consultation meetings, interview schedules, support with any training and inductions required.

Work with the transactional services team to ensure recruitment, establishment processes and any changes of salary and contracts are planned and executed.

Working with the lead HRBP to signpost any queries and ensure momentum of change continues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that will hinder projects or deadlines
  • Ensuring projects are effectively communicated through their development,
- execution & ultimately implementation.

  • Establish the status reporting mechanisms necessary to support accurate and timely information updates
  • Identify, plan for and manage to resolution project risks, issues and dependencies,
- including timely escalation in an appropriate manner and contingency planning
- when required

  • To analyse people related data and provide appropriate analysis
