Description

WestRock has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ITP / Supply Chain / Planning Administrator to work for a thriving site in a dynamic team.

Please note that this is an ongoing temporary contract.

You will be responsible for:

Analysis of customer data
Supporting the planning process
Integral part of internal management of ITP processes
Work order processing and job bag preparation
Packing spec creation
Manage outsource partner processes
Manage consumable ordering and stock control
Support ITP team with administrative tasks
Support ITP team with NPI process when required
Supporting the ITP team based on the needs of the business
The duties are not exhaustive and these tasks may vary in line with the needs of the business
During periods of annual leave within the team, you may be required to provide additional support outside of normal duties

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Intermediate MS Excel skills
Dynamic, cando attitude in all you do
Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
Logical and analytical with supply chain experience in consumer goods production industries
Experience of working with JDE/SAP type management info. systems (Desirable)
Commercially aware
An agent for change who is driven, proactive, adaptable, and flexible
Be accountable and always make sure you are always setting the best example to your colleagues
