Description
WestRock has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ITP / Supply Chain / Planning Administrator to work for a thriving site in a dynamic team.
Please note that this is an ongoing temporary contract.You will be responsible for:
- Analysis of customer data
- Supporting the planning process
- Integral part of internal management of ITP processes
- Work order processing and job bag preparation
- Packing spec creation
- Manage outsource partner processes
- Manage consumable ordering and stock control
- Support ITP team with administrative tasks
- Support ITP team with NPI process when required
- Supporting the ITP team based on the needs of the business
- The duties are not exhaustive and these tasks may vary in line with the needs of the business
- During periods of annual leave within the team, you may be required to provide additional support outside of normal duties
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Dynamic, cando attitude in all you do
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Logical and analytical with supply chain experience in consumer goods production industries
- Experience of working with JDE/SAP type management info. systems (Desirable)
- Commercially aware
- An agent for change who is driven, proactive, adaptable, and flexible
- Be accountable and always make sure you are always setting the best example to your colleagues
