Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust have services across 3 main sites, and are expanding services into a Community Diagnostic Centre later in 2023.

We are seeking an Advanced Radiographer Practitioner qualified in chest and abdominal plain film reporting and has experience in DXA reporting, to join our well-established team of Advanced Radiographer Practitioners.

Radiographer reporting at Mid Yorkshire Teaching Trust supports an immediate 12 hours, 7-day reporting service and scope of practice includes all referral groups.

The successful applicant would be expected to contribute to this pattern of work.

The post comprises 70% reporting and 30% clinical sessions.

The successful applicant will have high clinical and reporting standards in MSK, DXA and visceral imaging, strong leadership qualities, be actively involved in teaching and education of others and will be aware and accept the challenges of delivering a high quality service during a period of significant change within the NHS.

The Consultant Radiographer and fellow Advanced Radiographer Practitioners provide support in professional and clinical issues.

There is a strong team ethos with professionals working closely together to develop effective patient pathways, improve service delivery and optimise patient experience.
