Head of Digital Marketing - Health and Wellness Brand - London - £60k - £65k


I am working with one of the UKs fastest growing Health and Wellness brands who are redefining health through retreats, supplements, and nutrition training.

Not only have they won awards from some of the UKs well known lifestyle magazines, but they are alsorecognised by some of the biggest Fashion & Beauty powerhouses and in such a short space of time have really made their impact and now they are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to help them scale and grow by pushing acquisition across all Paid Media.

As a Head of Digital Marketing working at this Health and Wellness company, you will:

  • Be leading the business in everything digital marketing, working alongside the CEO setting up strategies for growth
  • Create and implement a marketing and communications strategy that focus' on supporting the brand objectives including net/retail sales, operating profit and market rank/share in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Build the commercial targets for D2C and strategy for achieving this
  • Own, design and execute the integrated marketing calendar via high impact + resourceful campaigns
  • Create and manage activities across all channels, reporting on the results, running test and learns and occasionally optimise campaigns, reporting on the progress to the Board
  • Work alongside creative on designing and executing
  • Constantly be researching new growth opportunities and presenting them to the CEO
  • Be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager assisting in growth and paid channels, audience and creative
  • Initiate the development of relevant campaigns based on insights and add to the global brand
  • Constantly evaluate the customer journey ensuring an optimal customer experience

The ideal Head of Marketing will have:

  • Experience managing a team of Marketers
  • Good knowledge of all networks and platforms with a track record of running successful campaigns across all channels, including Shopify, Klaviyo and Google business suite
  • Have campaign experience across UK and US markets
  • An understanding of how the latest mobile updates impact digital marketing
  • Have experience working in a Scale Up/ Start Up company.
