Overview:


Our Remedials Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our Remedial Works at our South Lanarkshire Office.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Prioritise Remedial Tasks Based on Urgency and Severity, Assigning Engineers Appropriately
  • Coordinate Schedules of Remedial Works, Logging Jobs Accurately and Providing Progress Updates
  • Working Closely with Procurement Team, Raising Orders and Dealing with Enquiries
  • Prepare and Complete Timesheet Verification
  • Perform General Administrative Assistant Activities
  • Handling Petty Cash, Answering Phones, Ordering Office Stationery

What You'll Need:


  • Proven Experience in Administration or Similar Role
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Strong Organisational Skills
  • Effective Communication Skills


This is an office-based role and would require the successful Remedials Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cadzow House, Cadzow Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 7QN.

£22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
