**Carer/ Shift Leader - NEW 15 bedded mental health unit
Prestwich, Manchester
£10 - £10.60 per hour - Full Time Days or Nights**Working with this charity we are pleased to be recruiting for this brand new unit a team of Carers, Senior Carers and Shift Leaders.

Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification Carer / NVQ Level 3 Senior Carer/ Shift Lead

Previous experience as a Care Assistant
Previous experience within mental health, complex needs ideal but training will be provided

This position is based within a nursing home for older people this post is working on a new dementia assessment unit

You will be joining an established service working for a reputable outstanding charity where you will be able to settle, develop and individually progress.

This service has been established for many years and reputation exceeds itself therefore we are seeking the same from the staff we recruit.

You will need to be confident and enthusiastic, providing motivation and energy into our caring environment.
