My client are a well-established firm with offices across the East Midlands who are on the lookout for a Chartered Legal Executive to join their Family department.

Having been established for over 120 years, my client have gone from strength to strength over the years as they continue to expand the wider business.

This opportunity will sit within the Beeston office in Nottingham and so if you are a Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' experience in Family law, then my client would like to hear from you.

As a Family Chartered Legal Executive, the role will include:

Advising and managing a caseload of Family law matters including divorce, finance, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements and children matters
Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and contacts to ensure a high level of legal services are provided
Assisting your more senior colleagues such as Directors and Heads of Department with marketing initiatives to encourage repeat business and referrals
From time to time you can expect to be supervising the more junior staff members of your team with recruitment and training
Utilising the case management software to organise your caseload as well as produce relevant documentation
Maintaining a high level of teamwork within the department and wider firm
Chartered Legal Executive
3 years' experience in Family law, including handling highvalue private family matters and financial transactions
You must be personable with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships
Experience in handling your own caseload and prioritising competing deadlines is essential to be successful in this role
