Events

  • To set up Events Suite/ Ceremony Building for specific events, ensuring all setup instructions are followed accurately.
  • To promptly and effectively serve meal to guests as instructed by team leader.
  • To clear and clean Events Suite/ Ceremony Building at the end of the event, ensuring instructions are followed.
  • To make sure all fridges and shelves are fully stocked throughout events.
  • If over 18, ensure all drinks are made and delivered quickly and all areas behind the bar are clean and clear.
  • If over 18, have an understanding of the bar till system.
  • If over 18, follow close down instructions on the bar once event is finished.

Customer Service

  • To take bookings for the restaurant, obtaining all information that is required to create a full and accurate reservation.
  • To acknowledge all guests and welcome them in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • To provide efficient telephone support, answering the telephone politely using the approved greeting and passing on relevant information to specific departments.
  • To assist all visitors and clients by passing on messages correctly and in good time, providing assistance wherever possible and immediately seeking assistance when necessary.
  • To make recommendations where appropriate in the provision of improved customer service.
  • To have a knowledge of all promotions happening within the resort.
  • To accurately deliver the bill to customers, promptly deal with queries and process through till.

Managing Relationships

  • To have an understanding of the kitchens abilities to deliver within set timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all departments within the company to ensure there is a good flow of communication and understanding of customer expectations to ensure that service meets expectations.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships at all levels.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Fully understand the many facets of the business and structure in order to value different requirements and act with diplomacy to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • To be flexible in your approach so that you can help out with other departments when help is needed.
  • Encourage customers to provide a review on TripAdvisor.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-25 per week


Salary:
£7.00-£11.00 per hour
